Digital Harbour Masterplan

The masterplan was a review of the existing masterplan with an objective of taking advantage of changed development and market conditions.

A key to the masterplan is the location of a new internal circulation street that maximizes the address opportunities deep within the site and the opportunity to create better and stronger links with adjacent precincts. The new street passes through a range of plazas that prioritise pedestrian movement through the precinct and provide a focus for adjacent buildings.
